VONA RAY ALLRED BURIED FRIDAY

Funeral services for Vona Ray Allred, three-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Allred, were conducted at the Texico Baptist Church, Rev. C. C. Morgan, pastor, officiating Friday afternoon, February 15.

Pallbearers were Roy Snodgrass, Paul Crooks, Kenneth Doolittle, and Bobby Spears. Honorary pallbearers included Rip Snodgrass, Bob Wallace, W. W. Hoskin, M. H. Poteet, S. J. Billington, and Louis Calliouet. Interment was in the Texico Cemetery.

Vona Ray was born on September 17, 1954, and died on February 13, 1957. She is survived by her father and mother, and brother, Kenneth Ray Jr., 14 months; Mr. and Mrs. Ray Self, maternal grandparents of Clovis; and Mr. and Mrs. O. S. Allred, paternal grandparents from Texico.

Also, three aunts, Mrs. W. A. Odill, Alamogordo; Mrs. R. J. Williams, Alamogordo; and Mrs. W. M. Bevel, Clovis; two uncles, Arthur Felty and Gene Felty, Clovis; two great-grandmothers, Mrs. N. E. Simmons, Borger; and Mrs. Emma Page, Clovis. She is also survived by nine cousins.
