James Lafay (Bud) Masingale died on February 14, 1971. His funeral services are Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of the Vision, at Stewart Mortuary in Salida, Colorado. Interment followed in Poncha Springs Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Heart fund in memory of Bud.

He is survived by his wife Mary; son James; daughters Linda Sneddon and Nancy Purcell.
