Funeral services will be held at 11 am. Monday, Oct. 8, at Golden Gate Baptist
Church, Wilder, and graveside services will follow at Wilder Cemetery.
Mrs. Swigert was born on Jan. 1, 1905, at Roswell, Idaho, to Hugh and Clara Brock.
She married Wilford C. Swigert on Nov. 25, 1923, in Wilder.
She was a member of the Golden Gate Baptist Church, Eastern Star, Job's Daughters,
Baptist Women's Missionary Society Extension Club, and Fargo Lady's Club. Also, for many
years of her life, she enjoyed judging the sewing and knitting for Idaho state and county
fairs.
Survivors include one daughter, Clarita Fae Childers, foster son, George Snow and
sister, Margaret Kyzer, nine grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her husband, Wilford C. Swigert and two sons, Charles
Wilford Swigert and Carl Hugh Swigert, and two brothers, Ursus Brock and Sherman Brock. (Thanks Dan Fowler)
