Philip Picket. Died January 13, 1852, age 78 years.
(His wife, Hannah, died in 1839, and after her decease
he married Annice Churchill, daughter of John and Martha Baldwin Churchill, and widow of Chester Sharp. It is very questionable whether or not Peter was married to Annice some say he was & some say he was not. i have also found that Annice & Philip are not buried with their spouses i have sent out a request of a cemetery picture of their head stone to see if Philip & Annice are buried together. It is also said that he married Mary Seneaur the only info i have ever found on this is in KY on Oct 30th 1804 in 1810 Census i find this highly doubtful for 3 reasons
1. Piilips 1st child was born 1801 in NY
2. All his Children were born in NY
3. He was married to a Hannah as you can see by the stone. Philip is not Buried with Hannah so we do not know where he is buried unless he is buried With Annice Churchill Sharp the request may tell us
