Mrs. Surilda Puckett Craddock Patterson, 90, Munfordville, died Friday night at Caverna Memorial Hospital in Horse Cave.
She was a member of the Munfordville Church of Christ.
She is survived by five daughters, Mrs. Maude Self, Munfordville; Mrs. Clara Houk and Mrs. Ermine Edwards, both of Louisville; Mrs. Anna Richardson, Uno; Mrs. Elizabeth Reinertsen, Lansing, Mich.; four sons, Lewis and Howard Craddock, both of Bowling Green; Leslie Craddock, Chattanooga, Tenn.; Robert Craddock, Adelphia, Mich.; 22 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren; 8 great great grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted at 1 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Stearman's Hart Funeral Home in Munfordville with Bro. Paul Smith officiating. Burial was in the Craddock Family Cemetery.
