Mr. Sharp, a member of Lone Cedar Baptist Church, died Tuesday morning at Franklin Parish Hospital here after an illness.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. R. D. Sharp; one son, Ray Sharp; two daughters, Mrs. Vernon Baldwin and Mrs. C. C. Bennett Jr.; all of Winnsboro; three brothers, John D. Sharp of Marshall, Tex., A. C. Sharp of Carthage, Tex., and A. V. Sharp of Tallulah; two sisters, Mrs. A. J. McCready of Monroe and Mrs. Ilar Osborne of Tallulah; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
