Hazel was a daughter of the late William B. Pace and Janie Britt Pace.
She attended Columbia Business School and was a member of the Isle of Palms United Methodist Church for over 50 years where she was secretary for the Sunday School and a member of the WMU. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the VFW and was retired from the Charleston Naval Shipyard where she was in charge of military shipping. She was the wife of the late Luke H. Lupo and is survived by one brother, Charles Pace of Ladson; a sister, Dotty Henry of Moncks Corner; many nieces and nephews and many loving friends.
She was also preceded in death by her four brothers, Ravenel Pace, Harold Pace, Zack Pace and William B. Pace, Jr.
