Eva and her sisters--Bea, Martha and Amy--were a well known and sought after singing group in Perry County, OH.
She married William Harold Bateson who worked for over 30 years at Armco Steel in Zanesville, OH, before he retired at 62.
Eva and Harold had one daughter, Barbara Jean, who married David Stewart Maul and 7 grandchildren by that union.
She died April 15, 1990 and is buried at Iliff next to her husband, Harold.
