She was employed by Walmart, a native of Los Angelas, CA, and a member of Harvard Street Baptist Church in Tulsa, OK. She is preceded in death by her parents, David Evans and Dorothy Daniel Rogers.

Janet Leigh Evans is survived by one son, Nathan Evans of Tulsa, OK. One sister, Annetta Warlick of Chapel Hill, TN. Three brothers, Scott Evans of Tulsa, OK, Rick Evans of Turley, KS and Ken Daniel of Tulsa, OK. One grandson, Zach Evans of Tulsa, OK.

Graveside services and interment will be at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens at 1:30 PM Sunday, Sep. 23, 2007 in Lawrenceburg, TN.
