Mrs. Thomas A. Baier, 59, whose home was in the Vincent community, died Wednesday afternoon at St. Anthony Hospital after a long illness. She had lived in the Victoria and Vincent communities all of her life.
Surviving are her husband of the home, two daughters, Mrs. Warren L. Walker, Wichita, and Mrs. Francis J. Haas, Antonino, and two sons, Loren Baier, Hutchinson, and Roy W. Baier, LaCrosse. There are ten grandchildren. A son, Joseph preceded her in death.
There are six brothers: Wendelin Dreiling, Hays; Alfred A. Dreiling, Victoria; Bonaventure Dreiling, Larned; Richard P. Dreiling, Hutchinson; Clarence Dreiling, Wichita; William Dreiling, Victoria, and two sisters, Mrs.William Baier, Sr., Victoria and Mrs. Elvin Polifka, Catherine.
Burial services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Boniface Church, Vincent, and burial will be in St. Boniface cemetery, with Brock Funeral directors in charge. The body will be at the Knights of Columbus Hall, Victoria, until the funeral hour.
There will be a funeral mass Monday morning at 8:30 at St. Boniface Church.
