North Terre Haute, Ind. (Special)—Services for Homer W. Cornwell, 68, 4015 Markle St., who was pronounced dead on arrival at Union Hospital Friday morning, will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the Mattox Funeral Home. Fontance with burial in Rosedale Cemetery. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Sunday.
He was the retired owner of the Park Avenue Grocery Store.
Surviving are the widow, Dorothy; the mother and step father, Mr. And Mrs. Joseph Turcotte, Sandcut, Ind.; a sister, Mrs. Dorothy Crook, Montezuma, nieces and nephews.
During World War II, he served in the U. S. Army from 28 Dec 1942 to 14 Mar 1945.
