Elmer F. Prenatt
Elmer F. Prenatt,93,of 722 Morgan St., died at Spencer Hospital Friday, Nov.9, 1973, at 10:15 p.m. after an illness of two weeks.
He was born in Guys Mills on June 21,1880, a son of James and Julia Prenatt. He married Iva Harpst who died in 1930. A retired farmer in the Guys Mills area, he was a member of St. Brigid's Roman Catholic Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Charles (Lue) Schreck of Meadville, Mrs. Clarence (Hazel) Whistler and Mrs. Alton (Leona) Monnin, both of RD 1, Meadville and Mrs. Clarence (Helen) Compton of RD 6, Meadville; a son Elwood (Butch) of Meadville; 11 grandchildren; 6 step-grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two daughters and two sons.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 tonight and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday, at the Roofner-Collins Funeral Home where a scripture service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Brigid's Roman Catholic Church with Rev. Fr. W.M.King, pastor officiating. Interment will be at St. Hippolyte's Roman Catholic Church cemetery, Frenchtown.
