Mary Ann Waddoups was born to Thomas Waddoups and Elizabeth Porter. She married Thomas John Page.

Centerville-Mrs. Mary Ann Waddoups Page, 88, widow of Thomas J. Page, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. J. W. Randall, Tuesday at 6 p.m. of infirmities incident to age.

Mrs. Page was born in Sowe, near Coventry, Warwickshire, England, January 3, 1845, a daughter of Thomas and Elizabeth Porter Waddoups. She emigrated to this country alone, crossing the ocean in a sailing vessel and arriving in Salt Lake with Captain Joseph Rollin's company September 27, 1862. She was married May 11, 1887, in the old Salt Lake L.D.S. Endowment House, after which she and her husband moved to Bountiful.

Mrs. Page was an active member of the L.D.S. church and for 40 years was a Relief Society teacher. For many years she sang in the ward choir.

Surviving are three sons, Willard J. Page, West Point; Irvin T. Page, Clearfield, and Orson M. Page, Layton; one daughter, Mrs. Randall, Centerville; 47 grandchildren and 50 great-grandchildren.
