Wednesday March 19, 1980 - Pembroke, Ky.--- Services for Adelbert Daniel Puterbaugh, 49, will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Maddux Funeral Home with Rev. Harley Wilson and Rev. Robert McFadden officiating.
Burial for Mr. Puterbaugh, a retired Navy veteran and civil service worker, will be with full military rites at Fort Donelson National Cemetery, Dover, Tenn.
Mr. Puterbaugh, a resident of Oak Grove, Ky., died at his home on Wednesday from an apparent heart attack.
Mr. Puterbaugh was born on June 1, 1930 at Asheville, N.C. He was the son of the late Daniel Miller Puterbaugh and Edith Dunn, who survives and resides in Asheville, N.C.
Other survivors include his widow, Marie (Israel) Puterbaugh; three sons, Ed Puterbaugh of Lexington, Ky; and David and Tim Puterbaugh of Oak Grove, Ky; a brother Pete Miller (aka Charles Dudley Puterbaugh) of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; and May DeArman of N.C.
Mr. Puterbaugh was a member of Mount Zion Baptist Church and the Bethel Masonic Lodge (both located in Trenton, Ky.).
