Dollie M. Bitters
Mrs. Dollie Mae BITTERS, 87, former Rochester resident, died at 5:30 p. m. Wednesday in the Peabody Memorial home in North Manchester where she had resided the past four Years.
Born Oct. 2, 1886, in Fairbury, Ill., she was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles SMITH. Her marriage was in 1922 to Harry S. BITTERS. He died in 1969. She was a member of the Methodist church.
There are no immediate survivors.
Final rites will be at 9:30 a.m. Friday in the Bender funeral home in North Manchester. William VISSER, superintendent of the Peabody Home, will officiate. Burial will be in the Rochester I.O.O.F. cemetery where graveside services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. by the Rev. Laurence SMITH of Rochester.
