Jessie Windham, 81, of Fort Smith died Monday, Aug. 9, 1999, in a local hospital. She was formerly of Van Buren, a member of the Methodist Church and a retired practical nurse for the Medi-Homes Nursing Center.
Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Gill Cemetery of Van Buren under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Van Buren.
She is survived by two sons, Gary Horton of Broken Bow, Okla., and Terrell Horton of Paris, Texas; seven grandchildren, Monte, Gregory, Michael, Zachery and Clifford Horton, Carol Jackson and Carla Ellisor; and 10 great-grandchildren.
