Dr. Arthur Prioleau, Pastor. Inhumation: Monrovia Cemetery, Charleston, SC. Mr. Frank Walter Malloy, Jr. will lie-in-state in Memorial Baptist Church on Monday, October 13, 2008 from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. There will be no viewing after service.
