Civil War Co.H, Indiana Vol Inf. Wounded at battle of Antiem and given honorable discharge in 1863. Married Nancy E Paul on Feb 22, 1864. Lived in Northern Missouri until 1906 when they moved to Southwestern Kansas, near Liberal. Moved to Liberal six years before his death.
