Eugene Keller Creager, age 83, died at 4:50 p.m. Friday at his home in Ringgold, Hagerstown, Rt. 5. He had been in failing health since December 25, and was taken critically ill Friday. Born in Ringgold he was the son of the late Martin and Annie (King) Creager. He lived his entire life in the Ringgold vicinity and was employed in Waynesboro shops for 55 years, he was a member of the Greensburg Lutheran Church.His wife, Annie (Fry) Creager died in 1918. He is survived by three children James Creager, Ringgold; Mrs. Charles Snowberger, Waynesboro and Miss Hazel Creager, at home; two granddaughters; one great-grandson; sisters, Mrs. Charles Hollingsworth, Smithsburg; and Mrs. John Sanders, Waynesboro and a half-brother, Merle Creager, Waynesboro.
Funeral Services will be held Monday afternoon at two o'clock from the Brethren in Christ Church, Ringgold, in charge of the Rev. J. R. Reese. Interment in adjoining cemetery.
