Family visitation Monday, Dec. 3rd 2007 from 12 noon-1:00 p.m. with funeral to follow at Woodfork Chapel AME Church, 1011 Lipscomb St., Shelbyville, TN., with Reverend Nathan Frey, Officiating.

Patton Brothers Funeral Home - Nashville assisted the family with the arrangements.
