In loving memory of our beloved, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother Donna Lee Butterfield Tate, who passed away peacefully with family by her side on October 4, 2008.

She was born July 18, 1933 to George Orin and Hazel Brady Butterfield. She married Harold Vern Roy Tate on August 24, 1949. They were married for 59 loving years. Their marriage was solemnized on December 7, 1966 in the Salt Lake Temple. Mom lived a very full life. She was the mother of ten children, 46 grandchildren and 55 great grandchildren. She loved life and being surrounded by her family. Mom was the ultimate lunch lady and the decorating queen. She was a member of the Rose Creek 1st Ward. Mom worked hard and made many sacrifices for her family. She leaves behind her not a heart untouched, and many tears of joy, she will be greatly missed but our grief will be softened knowing that she is reunited with her eternal companion.

Preceded in death by her husband, Harold; her parents, George and Hazel Butterfield, and Roy and Elizabeth Tate; and great granddaughter, Regina Tate. Survived by children, Danny (Joan), Denny (Vanessa), Deborah, John (Gerri), Kevin (Chris), Susan (Corey), Cheri (Thomas), Sharon (Shon), Heather (Jesse), David (Dee); sister Betty.
