The memorial service will be Sept. 12 for Marilyn Grace Doll of Springfield,
who died Sept 6 of complications from pneumonia. She was 74.

Doll was born Jan. 7, 1925 in Spencer, Iowa to Floyd and Grace Lang LeMay.

She married Leo Doll in Omaha, Neb. on June 21, 1946.

She graduated from high school in Omaha. In 1972 she moved to Springfield, where she worked as a dietary aide at McKenzie-Willamette Hospital.

She enjoyed knitting, porcelain dolls and watching wrestling with her grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Linda Mailer of Milwaukie, Oregon and Susan Doll of Eugene; two sons, Richard and Bill, both of Springfield; a brother, Roger LeMay of Minneapolis; a sister, Joyce Anderson of Omaha; 12 grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.

Sunday's service will be at 2 p.m. at Springfield Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home. Interment will be at Springfield Memorial Gardens.
