Hoyt Dillon Allred, 76, of Sonora died Monday at Sonora Hospital. He was born on January 14, 1926 in Topeka, Kansas to Stillie Mack and Opal (Wood) Allred. He served in the Coast Guard during World War II and the Air Force during the Korean War. He was a retired heavy equipment operator. He is survived by his son, Mark Allred of Tuolumne. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Terzich and Wilson Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
