Sadie Rae Adams Roseman, 92, of 396 Celeste Eufola Rd., Statesville, N.C., went to be with her Lord, Friday, February 10, 2006, at Iredell Memorial Hospital, following a brief illness.

Roseman was born March 6, 1913, in Iredell County to the late Lewis Triplett and Mary Gertrude Morrison Adams. She was married to Henry Ross Roseman, who preceded her in death on February 12, 1975. She was also preceded in death by one son, Joseph Everette Roseman; a daughter-in-law, Hilda Clanton Roseman; three brothers, Clyde Roscoe, Clarence Edgar and Troy Elam Adams; five sisters, Maude Derine Adams Lloyd, Eula Belle Adams Gibson, Ruby Lee Adams Blackwelder, Nelle Marie Adams Payne and Willie Ozelle Adams Bradford.

She is survived by two sons, Morris Ross Roseman of Statesville and Henry Quay Roseman (Charlotte) of Columbia, S.C.; one daughter, Jewel Roseman Davis (Warren J.) of Mt. Washington, KY; and one daughter-in-law, Jean L. Roseman (Joseph E.) of Statesville.

Also surviving are 11 grandchildren: Debra Davis Lynch(James), Jane Davis Rawlings (Gary), Jeffery W. Davis, Dan K. Davis, Timothy C. Roseman, Pam R. King (Richard), Dana F. Roseman (Jan), Joseph E. Roseman (Debbie), Jr., Michael F. Roseman, Leslie R. Layton (Stephen) and Steve Q. Roseman (Caroline); 20 great-grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren.

Roseman was a homemaker and helped her late husband in landscaping buisiness. She was a lifelong member of Bethlehem United Methodist Church, a former choir member, Secretary-Treasurer of her Sunday School class, the United Methodist Women and Widow's Group. She also attended Celeste Henkel School.

Funeral services will be held Monday, February 13, at 2 p.m. at Bethlehem United Methodist Church with Rev. Josh Sherfey and Rev. Dana F. Roseman officiating. Burial will follow in the Bethlehem UMC Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons and great-grandsons: Dana F. Roseman, Joseph E. Roseman Jr., Michael F. Roseman, Timothy C. Roseman, Jeffery W. Davis, Dan K. Davis, Steve Q. Roseman, Jason C. Roseman and Daniel J. Roseman.

The family will receive friends today from 6 to 7:30 p.m. in the Christian Life Center at Bethlehem, other times at 396 Celeste Eufola Rd.
