He is survived by his first wife Gracie Virginia Wigal; son Peter Anthony Wigal and daughter-in-law Lesa Ann of Mineral Wells; two sisters Maxine Bradley and Lena Ruble both of Washington, WV; a half-sister Jean Root of Williamstown; a granddaughter Dianne Wigal of Elizabeth; and a special nephew Carl Wigal of Newport, OH.
He was preceded in death by a half-brother Lewis Wigal, and a half-sister Ava Wigal.
Services will be Friday 3:00 PM at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg with Pastor Robert Kniley officiating. Burial will be at Parkersburg Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Thursday 7-9 PM.
