Mr. Barnes was a native of Washington County and made his home in Coopers. He was retired from McCant's Construction as a Truck Driver. He was preceded in death by his parents John David and Annie Julia Boone Barnes, a daughter in law Michelle Radcliffe Barnes, his sister Alene Eley.
Survivors include his wife Linda Tollison Barnes, a son Milton Barnes and a daughter Margie Barnes Collins (Paul) all of Coopers, 7 grandchildren; Paul Collins II, Jesse Collins, Mattoline Collins, Annie Collins, Leslie Radcliffe, Rick Radcliffe, Jonathan Mullis, three great grandchildren a number of nieces and nephews and his faithful dog Sissy.
