She was born Jan. 15, 1871, in Allerton, Ia., the daughter of Albert and Martha J. (Campbell) Simpkins.
With her parents, she moved in 1877 to Chillicothe, Mo and had resided here since that time. She was educated at the Stockton rural School.
On Oct. 9, 1888, she was married to Henry Liberty Lamb at Chillicothe, Henry preceded her in death on Apr 4, 1936.
She is survived by a son, Elmer E. Lamb, Chillicothe; nine grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2'oclock Monday afternoon at the chapel of the Norman Funeral Home. The Rev. Medford Speaker, pastor of the First Baptist Church, will officiate.
Burial will be in the family lot at Edgewood Cemetery.
