A. R. Edwards, aged 76 years, died at the home of his son, Otis Edwards, 119 Garfield Street, West Kittanning, Saturday (January 5, 1929) morning at four o'clock after a few days' illness of influenza. He is survived by the following children.
Otis Edwards, Harry Edwards, Jay Edwards, Mrs. Roy Norton and Mrs. Lettie Rhodes, all of West Kittanning; Mrs. R. M. Mauk of Turtle Creek; Mrs. John Robb Clark, Reno, Nevada. Twenty-nine grandchilren, two great grandchildren and one brother, William Edwards, of Parker, also survive.
Funeral services will be held at the residence Monday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock, Rev. W. V. Ritchie officiating. Internment in the Myers Cemetery.
