The David Conklin Home, 2 High Street, Huntington, is now a historical house museum owned by the Huntington Historical Society. The house was built in the mid-18th century and added to in the 19th and early 20th centuries. The original 18th century section was the home of David Conklin & his family. The house, now listed on the National Register of Historic Places, was donated to the Huntington Historical Society ca. 1910 by Ella Conklin Hurd, a Conklin descendant.
