Mrs. Peter Bendzick 77 of 235 N.McLean died Tuesday at 11:50 at St. Joseph's Hospital. The former Tess Gorman was born Oct. 22, 1883 at Liberty, ILL., the daughter of James and Catherine Gorman.

Survivors are her husband Peter; three sisters; Mrs. Gene Lewton of Lodge Pole, SD., Mrs. Agnes L. Peter of Quincy, ILL., and Mrs. Anna G. Mayer of Ottumwa; five nieces and one nephew.

Four brothers and three sisters preceded her in death.

A resident of Ottumwa since 1946; she was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. Services will be at 9 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary's Catholic Church with the Rev. Cullinan officiating the High Mass. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery.

Members of St. Mary's will meet at Traul Funeral Home at 8 o'clock tonight to recite the rosary.

Pallbearers will be Charles O'Brien, Mac McNearny, A.F. Blake, Chet Greenup, and Fred Schaub.
