Jesse was the fifth child born to George W. & Mary Zepp.

Her first husband was Bernard Orlando Oursler, who she married in 1907 in MD. They had five children: Russell Bernard, George Azariah, Rodger Edwin, Preston Wilson & Grace Matilda Oursler.

After Bernard's death in 1939 she marred a Mr. Gill.

Mrs Jessie Oursler Gill, 72, widow of Leroy Gill, died Monday,
June 17, 1963 at the home of her brother-in -law and sister,
Mr. and Mrs George Mummaugh. 33 Rivers LaneOwings Mills,
where she resided for the past year and a half.
She was a daughter of the late George and Mary
Jamison Zepp. She was twice married. Her first husband was
the late Bernard Oursler.
Surviving besides her sister with whom she resided, is one son, Rodger E. Oursler, Towson, and one daughter, Mrs. Charles Beck, Arcadia, and seven grandchildren.
She was a member of Wesley Church and of the WSCS. She was a life member of lonic Chapter 73 Order of Eastern Star, Reisterstown,, and a past president;
of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Arcadia Fire Co.
Funeral services were held Thursday, June 20 at 3 p m. at
the Tipton-Eline funeral home, 30 South Main Street. Hampstead
Her pastor, Rev. Ira W. Shindle, officiated. Burial was in the church cemetery.
