LESTER BARTOW CALHOUN
Vidaila Ga., Nov. 25-Lester Bartow Calhoun, 54, died in Jacksonville, Fla., Friday and funeral services were held at the Baptist Church in Tarrytown Sunday, with the Rev. C.C. Maples, pastor of the Lyons Baptist Church, in charge of the rites and burial were in Tarrytown cemetery. Mr. Calhoun was reared in Montgomery County, but for the past nine years had been a resident of Jacksonville.
He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. F.B. Calhoun of Tarrytown and is survived by his father, two sons, Hillary and Dansie of Jacksonville, three daughters, Mrs Leroy Malory, of Jacksonville, Mrs. Ramsey Truitt of Washington D.C. and Mrs. Nell Cooger of Thmaston, Ga.; four sisters, Mrs. S.T. Simons of Tarrytown, Mrs C.E. Tully of Savannah, Mrs. Lilly Fields of Jacksonville, Mrs. Thelma Williams of Jacksonville.
