Mrs. Alice K. Baker of Duncansville RD 2, died yesterday morning in Valley View Home after an extended illness. She was born in Duncansville on Aug. 15, 1904, a daughter of Samuel and Stella (Johnston) Hyle, and in 1923 married Clair Baker, who died in 1961.
Surviving are six children, Mrs. Dorothy Kiper of Alexandria, Wendel in the Air Force in New York, Ronald in the Air Force in Alaska, Stanley in California, Jack in Delaware and Clair in Baltimore, MD; 15 grandchildren, and one sister Elizabeth in Philadelphia.
She was of the Presbyterian faith.
Friends will be received in the Liebegott Funeral Home, Duncansville, from 7 to 10 p.m. tomorrow, Tuesday. Services will be at 2 o'clock Wednesday in the funeral home by Rev. Julian Park.
Interment in Carson Valley Cemetery.
