Lorena (Ned) Futrell Sovat
PORT ORCHARD, WASH.
Funeral services for Mrs. Lorena (Ned) Futrell Sovat, age 76, of Port Orchard, Wash, will be held Monday, January 3 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Blanchard St. Denis Funeral Home.
Dr. Troy Wheeler will be officiating. Burial will follow in the American Cemetery In Natchitoches. She died Friday, December 31, 1982 in Natchitoches Parish Hospital following a brief Illness.
Mrs. Sovat, a native of Natchitoches, had resided in Port Orchard for the past 34 years. She was a housewife. She is survived by her husband, Marcus L. Sovat of Port Orchard; three sisters, Mrs. Lillian Perot, Mrs. Ethel Scrogglns, both of Natchitoches, and Mrs. Kathleen Kennedy of Elfrlda, Ariz.; one brother, Henry S. Futrell of Natchitoches; a niece, Miss Henrietta Dalme of Natchitoches; and other nieces and nephews, also great nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Ted Dalme, Lawrence Dalme, Jr., Joe Perot, Wilson Cedars, Sam Henry Stacy, and Henry V. Magglo. Honorary pallbearers are John Allen Atwood, Ben Davis Baker, Jock Murphy, C.C. Winn, Ted Folk, John Smith, and J.T. Adams.
