Survivors include her Husband John Ryan Perkins, Carrollton, KY, four Daughters Kimberly Ann Horine, Florence, IN, Paula Lynn Davidson, Carrollton, KY, Melinda Jo Davidson, Carrollton, KY, and Jackelyn Kay Perkins, Carrollton, KY, one Son John LeThomas Perkins, Carrollton, KY, one Brother Leroy Bickers, and one Sister Chrystal Bickers, eleven Grandchildren and two Great Grandchildren.
