She was born in Kansas City, Kan. on Sept. 3, 1910 to Bertie and Minnie Remmel Magee. She married Vernie E. Biggs, and he preceded her in death. She was a homemaker and enjoyed crocheting, making candy, and hobbies.
Isabel is survived by her grandson Perry (Pam) Biggs of Mound City, Kan; one granddaughter in law; great-grandchildren Jeremy (Brandy) Biggs of Kansas City, and Richard (Amy) Biggs of Kansas City, Mo. and great great-granddaughter Ashley Biggs of Kansas City, Mo. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, her son Edward Earl Biggs, one daughter in law, grandson Donald Biggs, her brothers Roy and Charles, and her sisters Florence and Helen.
A graveside service will be held at 10 am Sat, Sept. 20, 2008 at the San Luis Valley Cemetery in Monte Vista.
