Calvin Coolidge Adams born born 29 Sep 1925 in Virginia and died 15 Jun 1971 in Miami, Dade County, Florida. Uncle Coolidge is one of 12 children from the union of George Matt Adams, born 09 Dec 1889 Letcher County, Kentucky-died 12 Nov 1956 Harlan County, Kentucky. His wife was Celia Tiny Brown born 20 May 1893 Wise County, Virginia-died 03 Jan 1977 Burke County, North Carolina. Before moving to Florida, he lived several years in Washington D. C. and Prince George's County Maryland, where he had several brother and sisters living in the area. His obituary was posted in a June 1971 issue of the Washington Post. He drowned swimming in the Potomac in Washington D C. After his death, his body was returned to the Chambers Funeral Home in Riverdale, Prince George's County, Maryland. Services were held Monday, June 21st, 1971. He never married or had children.
