‘MRS. HELENA FRENTZ DEAD"

Just eight days after the death of her husand, mrs. Helena Frentz, 77, a native of Woolmarket, one of Pascagoula's highly respected woman died at her home in that city last evening at 10:15 o'clock. Mrs. Frentz was ill for several days and her death coming at the time it did caused a shock to her numerous relatives and friends.
It was only Sunday February 20 that her husband, the late Capt. George died in Pascagoula and it is presumed that the worry from the passing of her helpmast hastened the death of Mrs. Frentz. During her life she worked for the comfort and happiness of others, besides rearing a large family of children. She was a devout church member whose life stood out as that of a real Christian. Surviving her are two brothers, B. Richards of Harrison county and Sherry Richards of Pascagoula. Besides these she leaves ten living children, six daughters and four sons. Her daughters are Mesdames Anna Meleine, Percy Irvin, T.J. Castannera, C.H. Bruce, Will Alberts of Pascagoula and Moss Point and Mrs. Phillip Rolls of Hattiesburg. Her sons are henry and August Frentz of Biloxi, Adolph Frentz of Pascagoula and George Frentz of Gulfport. Besides these she leave a large number of other relatives and a score of friends along the Mississippi Coast including many nephews and nieces, grand and great-grandchildren. The funeral of this venerable woman will be held tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock from her late residence on Washington avenue in Pascagoula with interment in the McPelln (Machpelah) cemetery in that city.
