Harriet Agnes (Young) Harbrueger. H. Agnes Harbrueger, 96, of Terre Haute, died Friday evening, Dec. 14, 2007, in Meadows Manor East. She was born Jan. 26, 1911, in Farmersburg to Edward Young and Miletus Hoggatt Young.
Her husband, George Harbrueger, preceded her in death in 1972. She was a member of Memorial United Methodist Church, Sight Loss Support Group, and Good Cheer Blind Club. She had formerly worked as activities director at Vigo County Home.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband: two brothers, Ancil and Alva Young; a sister, Violet May Young; and a niece Betty Young Alkire.Funeral services are 11 a.m. Wednesday in Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 S. 25th St., with the Reverends Scott Johnson and Tom Blackford officiating. Burial will be in Westlawn Cemetery, Farmersburg. Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday 9 to 11 a.m.
