She is survived by her husband and one son, William O. Parker, jr., besides a number of more distant relatives.
She was a member of Shiloh Court, Heroines of Jericho, and is a Past Grand Matron of the Grand chapter of Illinois. She was also past grand secretary of the royal matrons of the order of the Eastern Star, and has, besides, been a very active member of the board of directors of the Lincoln Colored home for old people, and at one time was president of the Springfield colored Woman's club.

The funeral of Mrs. Annie O. Parker (colored) who died June 1, 1907, will be held at St. Paul's A.M.E. church Monday afternoon. The following societies will turn out in a body: The Court of Heroines of Jericho and Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star.
