DUNCAN: Anna Maude Hartley, 67, who retired in 1978 as cafeteria manager for the Duncan Unified School District, died April 5, 1984, at her Duncan residence.
Mrs. Hartley moved to Arizona from her native De Kalb, Texas, in 1938. She was employed 23 years by the school district, as cafeteria manager for 16 years. She formerly was employed in the ice cream department of Lunts Dairy.
Survivors include her husband, Ray; daughter, Joan Johns; son, Thomas V. Gentry; three sisters; two brothers; and four grandsons.
Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Duncan Ward Chapel, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Friends may call after 3 p.m. Monday at Caldwell's Chapel of the Valley, in Safford, and one hour before services in the church relief society room
