Jonathon Reyes of Lafayette, formerly of Fort Lupton, died from injuries suffered in an automobile accident in Weld County on Thursday, Oct. 5, 2000. He was 20.
Born July 25, 1980, in Denver, he was the son of John Reyes and Lorraine Le Blanc Reyes. He was engaged to Carolina Aragon, who also was killed in the accident.
Mr. Reyes was a graduate of Fort Lupton High School. He was a computer technician and an assitant coach at Manual High School, moving to Boulder County in 1999.
He enjoyed wrestling, fishing and hunting.
Survivors include his parents, two sisters, grandparents and great grandmother. He was preceeded in death by a great grandfather.
