Anna Lora Green Lewis, 66, of Raiford, Florida, died Friday, June 4, 2004, at St. Vincent's Medical Center in Jacksonville following an extended illness.
Born in Raiford the daughter of the late Perry Mizelle Green and Nita Forsyth Green, Mrs. Lewis lived in Macclenny before returning to Raiford seven years ago. She retired from Macclenny Products where she was a seamstress and was member a member of First Baptist Church of Raiford.
Mrs. Lewis is survived by: a son Steven Cordell Fautt of Raiford; three brothers, Kirby Green of Hawthorne, Ira Green of Macclenny and Lamar Green of Raiford; three sisters, Betrice Johns of St. Augustine, Lois Varnes of Lake Butler and Sherry Miller of Raiford and one grandchild.
Funeral services for Mrs. Lewis were May 7, 2004, in First Baptist Church of Raiford with Dr. Jerry Gesell Jr. officiating. Burial followed in Sapp Cemetery in Raiford under the care of Archer Funeral Home of Lake Butler.
