Died at 6:45 o'clock Sunday morning, July 19, 1908, at St. John's hospital, of a complication of diseases, Mrs. Mary A. Miles, aged 70 years and 8 months. The funeral will be held tomorrow morning at her residence, 923 North Sixth street. Interment will be made in Oak Ridge cemetery. The decedent was the eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William M. Watson. She was born Nov. 27, 1837, in this city, and at the age of fourteen years she had been a devout member. She was also a charter member of the Woman's Foreign Missionary society. On Oct. 15, 1856, she was married to Edward J. Miles, who died June 10, 1863. Mrs. Miles is survived by one brother, George T. Watson, and two sisters, Miss Sarah E. Watson and Mrs. M. B.
