He is survived by his beloved wife of 44 years, Emma Burwell; Loving and devoted daughter, Lilian Burwell Cartwright, stepdaughter, Sandy Norwood (Bishop) and stepson Steven Burke Sr.; grandson Dorian Cartwright ( Rosemary); brother in-law of Betty Travis (Fraison). He will be missed dearly by many nieces and nephews, step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren. His first marriage to Lilian Thomas Burwell ended in divorce. Interment private at Arlington National Cemetery. Arrangements by RAPP FUNERAL HOME.
