Orbie A. Mose, 71, of Decatur died 8:10 a.m. Friday (Nov. 22, 1991) in his home.
Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday in Brintlinger's Funeral Home with visitation 5 to 7 p.m. Monday. Burial will be in Boiling Springs Cemetery. Memorials: Visiting Nurses Association Hospice Program.
Mr. Mose was born in Tower Hill, son of Lewie R. & Ada I. Shawver Mose. He was a member of the Okaw Valley Muzzle Loaders. He retired as the supervisor of security at Pinkertons & was a World War II Army Air Corps veteran. He married Esther Graff in 1941. He married Mary E. Preston in 1970 in Decatur.
Surviving are his wife, Mary; daughters, Tina Carlson of Round Lake Beach; Gwendolyn Neher of Arlington, Va.; Vicki Kessel of Port Charlotte, Fla.; brother, George Mose of Decatur; six grandchildren. His parents & one sister preceded him in death.
