Death year reported to be 1918, but is engraved 1919 on stone.

Note: Her parents are unknown, she was raised as a dau by James & Jane Mannahan, reportedly her aunt and uncle. For search convenience she is shown to be their dau; her maiden name may/may not be Mannahan.

Tombstone is a tall double stone in three sections with the name WELLS on second section.
On side next to road is:

P.F. Wells with dates and on opposite side of stone is M.E. Wells, His Wife, with dates.

Mattie E. Mannahan death certificate 10004 Hopkins County, KY does not give name of her parents. It gives date of death as March 24 and place of burial as Rock Bridge. But her stone was found at the Atkinson Cemetery.
