He was born October 10, 1911, in Whitney, Idaho, to Abram Fitzgerald and Stella Wilcox Dalley. He married his eternal companion of 69 years, Sadie Buttars, on September 23, 1931, in the Logan LDS Temple.
He is survived by his wife and ten children: Geraldine (Darrell) Lewis, St. George; Elaine (Paul) Winward, Dayton, Idaho; Margaret (Roland) Murdock, Delta, Utah; Nola (Dan) Allen, Sandy, Utah; Abe (Wanda) Dalley, Washington, Utah; David (Christie) Dalley, Highland, Utah; Myrna (Keith) Green, Woods Cross, Utah; Richard (Shauna) Dalley, Rupert, Idaho; John (Penny) Dalley, Perry, Utah; Susan (Mike) Dayley, Las Vegas, Nevada; 70 grandchildren, 130 great-grandchildren, and ten great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Saturday, December 23, 2000, at 1:00 p.m. at the Pacific Drive LDS Ward, 500 N. 700 W., American Fork. Friends and family may call Friday night from 6 to 8 p.m. at Anderson & Sons Mortuary, 49 E. 200 N., American Fork; and at the Church Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. prior to the services. Burial, Lehi Cemetery.
