Born July 25, 1912, she left this life on September 9, 2008. Born in Mount Vernon, Mo., she came to California in 1924 with her parents and siblings. She married and raised her children here and was an active and dedicated member of the Placerville and Sacramento Circle of Druids for 53 years. She is survived by her son, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, Sept. 16, at 11am at East Lawn Mortuary, 5757 Greenback Ln, Sacramento, (916) 732-2020.
