She worked for Tyson Foods and operated a day care center and was a cook at Northside Elementary School in Rogers. She enjoyed flowers, cooking, canning and playing cards. She was a lifetime resident of Northwest Arkansas and a Baptist.
She was preceded in death by her husband, "Gabby" Harlan, in May 2008.
Survivors include a son, Howard McDaniel and wife Christa of Bentonville; five daughters, JoAnn Lancaster and husband Raborn of Risen, Jackie Collins and husband Jerry of Pea Ridge, Patty Burnett of Edmond, Okla., Patty Ann Dillard and husband Archie of Waco, Texas, Marilyn Turner and husband Charles of Bentonville; a brother, David Morrison of Seligman; 16 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. today at Ruddick Cemetery with the Rev. Mike McDaniel officiating.
